We ar an outdoors park so remember to bring bug spray and sunscreen, especially during the spring and fall season.
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip-flops).
Action cameras are allowed only with chest or wrist mounts. Handheld mounts, loose straps, and selfie sticks are not permitted.
Bring cash or a card if you’d like to purchase photo or video packages or leave a tip.
Requirements and restrictions
No experience is required for this activity. There is no minimum weight, but the maximum weight limit is 250 lbs (113 kg). There are no height restrictions. Participants must be at least 4 years old and able to fit safely in our harness system. The maximum recommended age is 79.
This activity is not suitable for people who have recently had surgery or injuries, or for those with conditions that affect coordination, balance, or focus. Participation is also prohibited during pregnancy.

Cancellation and refund policy
Enjoy free cancellation for requests made more than 48 hours before the tour. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, 50% of your deposit becomes non-refundable. For cancellations made 24 hours or less before the activity, or in case of no-show, 100% of the deposit is retained.
In case of thunderstorms or unsafe conditions, the activity may be suspended or rescheduled. Refunds, if any, apply only to the online deposit (fees apply); on-site payments are subject to the operator’s policies.
